Sand-n-Sanity is not available at this time due to hurricane damage.
Please check back often for updates.
 Weekly rates are from Saturday to Saturday unless approved by the owners.
Housekeeping, taxes and all fees are included in the weekly rental rates.
Linens and bath towels are provided by the owner.
Check out is 10:00 AM Check in is 3:00 PM
A $500.00 deposit is required to hold the reservation
and is refundable after inspection.
Make deposit and rent checks payable to Jeanne G. Evans.
Cancellation must be 60 days in advance in order for deposit refund.

The key is located in a lock box at the roadside entry. The code will be provided after the rent has been received.
Lock Box:
- Punch in each number until it clicks
- Slide down and hold the black lever to remove the cover
- After unlocking door, repeat step 2 to replace cover
- An additional key for your use is located on a post next to breakfast bar.
